| My name is Herre Vermeer. I've been involved in at least some form of art-making for my entire life: mostly classical drawing, 3d modeling, sculpture, conceptual art, printmaking, but also I've been editor for a school newspaper. 2006 I moved to Santa Barbara CA for two years to study graphic design, and try to make a career out of something I love to do. Beginning 2008, money still tight but finally having saved up enough money, I bought my first dSLR and started to become seriously interested in photography... Currently, I moved back to the Netherlands where I now work full-time as a Graphic Designer. For any future plans; I will be going back to school part-time starting Fall 2009 to study Photographic Design in Amsterdam, but as of now still figuring out some details. |
